Upon completion of the Phlebotomy Certificate Students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate expertise in collecting and processing high-quality blood specimens for clinical analysis, emphasizing specimen handling, safety, quality control, and laboratory operations.

2. Use oral and written skills to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and partners in the health care system.

3. Apply legal knowledge and medical ethics in patient care settings.
